The team behind Retired Appraiser wants to do more appraisals! We believe there is a large population of Commercial Appraisers who are simply walking away from their networks. We aim to become a trusted place to bring that network and to earn fees for doing so. On the acquisition side, we consider direct purchases on a case by case basis as well as work with a variety of buyers who pay us finders fees.
